1. Services Provided We offer performance-based B2B lead generation services, including but not limited to AI-powered outreach, appointment setting, lead list research and enrichment, retargeting campaigns, and automated prospecting across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Meta.

2. Eligibility To access our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Engagement & Payment Terms Our services operate primarily on a performance-based model. Payment terms, service scope, and performance definitions (such as "qualified appointment") are detailed in a separate service agreement. Clients are invoiced based on successfully delivered results, and payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Obligations You agree to:

Provide all necessary information and assets required to set up and manage your campaign.Respond to our team in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation.Keep all credentials and sensitive information shared with us secure and accurate.

5. Service Delivery We strive to deliver quality leads and results. However, success depends on factors including your offer, market demand, and campaign responsiveness. Timelines and performance benchmarks are provided for estimation purposes only.

6. Communication and Collaboration Our team will maintain open lines of communication with your designated point of contact. We will provide regular updates, analytics, and reporting on campaign performance.

7. Data Protection & Privacy We comply with all applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR where relevant. Any personal data we collect is processed only to the extent necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations. 8. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

Intellectual Property All proprietary software, templates, outreach sequences, research methodologies, and materials developed or provided by us remain our exclusive intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for the purposes of the engagement.

10. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered and deliverables completed up to the effective termination date. Any outstanding obligations, including payment, remain enforceable.

11. Disclaimers While we make commercially reasonable efforts to generate qualified leads, we do not guarantee sales, revenue increases, or specific closing rates. Client results may vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services rendered in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

13. Force Majeure We are not responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, internet outages, labor disputes, or government restrictions.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
